I'm a returning customer at Pure - they always do a great job, are neat and tidy,  and take great care with the quality of their work including where they place equipment and where hoses and cables run . Sorry to be the first one to leave a "not so great" review. The gentleman who did the cleaning was nice and punctual. He could've asked/reminded me to close the windows though, which I totally forgot about, and so had lots of dirt and dust inside since he used a blower. My fault obviously... but still. The  back office lady, in contrast was quite painful - she got my street address wrong, my email wrong (so I had to chase the invoice), and also never got to reconcile the payments which I did via bank transfer, so chased me as a "non-payer"... frustrating
