I had an excellent experience using Pure Gutters last week. Friendly staff on the phone (Aly) to book my appointment in quickly (next day as there was a cancellation) as I had a bedroom window leaking most likely from full gutters and lots of Sydney rain. Arthur did the gutters took lots of photos, before and after as I was at work and cleaned up pavements and balconies well after. He also sent helpful photos of cracked tiles and a large stone on the roof that has caused it. Quick turnaround, easy to people to work with, texts and return phonecalls. We have a very, very high gutter on the second story and the team was able to easily access it. Gutter staff (Liam) was super nice. They cleaned up really well after. Overall really good experience.
